After reading through it, I think I'm starting to favor the removal of beforeinstallprompt. It really feels like 'installing' an app is really just a higher-tier bookmark function that browsers should surface more prominently than regular bookmarking/sharing options. Permissions are a whole other ballgame, just like with native apps.
